Michel Lupant reported he saw on the BBC a flag for the MILF (Moro Independence Liberation Front from Philippines) which had a little white stripe (with a yellow symbol) near the hoist, then a red one and the rest of the flag being green. He asks if there exists a Moro website and if this flag is a Moro flag.

The current issue of the Economist has a story about the labor movement in
the Philippines. which mentions "the flag of the United Luisita Workers' Union"
at Hacienda Luisita, a large sugarcane plantation. No photo, but it describes
the flag as showing "three stalks of cane severed by a tip-heavy bolo machete."
